£9.99 Delivery (UK only)

We only deliver within the UK.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the delivery cost.  All these costs are clearly set out in your shopping basket before you submit your order.

Delivery Timescales

We endeavour to process and dispatch all other orders within 2 to 3 working days.  This is subject to stock availability and the size of your order. If the item will be dispatched later, this will be identified on the product page.  We will advise you of a delivery date if we cannot deliver within the aforementioned schedules. If artwork is involved the dispatch time of 2 to 3 working days quoted is from acceptance of the final proof.

If you specify a delivery date we will despatch your goods by the despatch date requested. You will be advised if this cannot be achieved. We will not accept responsibility for goods delayed by our selected carrier

Glass engraving products will be a longer lead time, you will be advised at the point of order.

Please Note: Standard delivery days (also referred to as working days) are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

 

Artwork: If a proof has been requested of your artwork, we endeavour to email artwork within 2 working days of receipt of paid order. Please ensure that you amend/approve your artwork as soon as possible in order to achieve your specified despatch date. We do not accept responsibility for late approvals which delay the despatch date. NB. Artwork will be forwarded to you in the exact form that it will be produced. It is important that you do not authorise artwork unless it matches your requirements exactly. Due to the volume of orders we will not accept responsibility for artwork not authorised for production, it is imperative that your email address is correct and that you monitor your emails for artwork/production/despatch information to avoid delays. NB we reserve the rights to use images created as advertising media on our web site, if this is not acceptable please contact us.

 

Collections

On request and at an agreed time, customers may collect orders from our premises.
