Damages and issues
We do our very best to ensure you will receive the correct item safely. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately or at least within 48 hours of the delivery date, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
We cannot accept liability for spelling mistakes or other errors if the engraving is in accordance with your instructions.
